Mercedes “Say the Word”

Apparently there were scheduling issues, as often happens with Hollywood folk, and Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner weren’t available for this shoot. Talk about egos. I mean, even Ludacris showed up.

Regardless, the good people at Merkley + Partners were, like… “Wait… what?!  We’ve got a Super Bowl spot to make!” So, Warner Brothers pointed them in our direction, and we agreed to animate the well-known, but no-show characters instead.

Since animated characters don’t often live in the practical world, we created a stylized look for both the animation and the FX that’s true to their cartoon roots, yet can live in the real world. Or, at least in Mercedes’ version of the real world. Which is probably better than the real real world. But hey, we’re not complaining.
