No Activity “Season 4”

When our sister company, Flight School, asked us if we wanted to work with them to help the Paramount+ No Activity series pivot from 3 previous seasons of live-action to a fully animated season 4, of course we said “Seriously?”

And just to be clear, “Seriously?” meant “Yes” and “Yes” meant getting to work ASAP.* 

So, we took everything we know, everything we don’t know, and a chronic case of optimism, put it in a blender, and turned it into a delicious animated, episodic smoothie. An 8 episode episodic smoothie no less.

We could tell you about taking processes and tools designed for the speed of short form animation, and souping them up to handle a full season with an entirely remote workforce… but that would be really boring.
